4.0 Procedure to get benefit
Once you are registered as a start up with the government you can apply for trademark registration. The procedure for it is given below-
- The official website for e-filing is http://www.ipindia.gov.in/
- Before starting the application system will ask whether it is Proprietor, startup or company. After choosing start-up your application will appear on the screen
- Rest everything is similar to that of a normal application.
- Other details are to be filled with appropriate details and relevant documents, The details of directors and company is the same as in any other application.
