When you incur any expense or earn any income, you need to keep the invoice copy with yourself to make us possible to do the accounting properly. Further, if you don’t keep the bill/invoices properly, then your that expense can be disallowed permanently by the government authorities, if invoice is not presented before them while scrutiny.
